With a solid foundation in the construction and steel industry, spanning 18 years of dedication and hard work, Bobby's journey led him to the vibrant city of Mansfield. It was here, while constructing the Law Enforcement Center, that he forged deep connections with the city and its residents. In 1991, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to acquire and transform an abandoned subdivision into what is now known as The Arbors at Creekwood—a testament to his commitment to quality living spaces.
Driven by a passion for real estate, Bobby's transition from construction and steel to real estate development was seamless. His vision was clear: to create exceptional communities that residents could take pride in calling home. The success of The Arbors at Creekwood marked the inception of a remarkable series of development projects, all within the bounds of Mansfield.
In 1997, Bobby embarked on the ambitious journey of assembling land parcels to bring to life the 800-acre master planned community, M3 Ranch. This visionary endeavor demonstrates his commitment to creating enduring legacies that enrich the lives of countless individuals and families.
Bobby's strategic vision and his unwavering dedication to building meaningful relationships have been instrumental in shaping the continued success of MCIII Development Group. Under his leadership, the company has gone on to develop single-family residential subdivisions across multiple cities in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, including Mansfield, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Little Elm, and McKinney.

In 1993, Bob McCaslin Jr. embarked on his journey with the MCIII Development Group. With a strong educational foundation, he earned his associate degree in construction management from Texas State Technical College in 1991. Bob's expertise in the home building industry proved invaluable as he forged a pivotal partnership with Choice Homes, propelling MCIII Development Group to a series of remarkable achievements in subsequent years, including expansion into McKinney and Little Elm.
Dedicated to the advancement of his field, Bob McCaslin Jr. is not only a distinguished board member but also a former president of the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association. Additionally, he has served as a past board member for both the Mansfield Area Chamber of Commerce and the Texas Association of Builders, contributing significantly to the growth and development of these influential organizations.

From the moment she joined the company as Vice President of Development in 1997, Kim embarked on a quest to create extraordinary communities that would redefine the North Texas landscape.
With an unwavering passion for innovation, Kim expanded her horizons in 2006 by founding Montclair Properties, Inc., igniting a new era of commercial development. Her visionary leadership has since given birth to captivating mixed-use projects, inviting neighborhood retail spaces, and luxurious Class A Multifamily communities that leave a lasting impression.
Armed with a profound understanding of marketing, Kim's creative prowess has elevated MCIII Development Group's position within the municipalities they serve. Her strategic initiatives have forged deep-rooted connections and cultivated a thriving network of investors, solidifying the company's reputation as a trusted partner in the industry.
A graduate of Texas Women's University, Kim's dynamic skill set encompasses a wide range of responsibilities. Carmin Mckinney
Dr. Carmin McKinney serves as Director of Investor Relations for MCIII Development Group, where she leads investor engagement, relationship development, and strategic partnerships supporting transformative community and real estate projects across North Texas and beyond. With more than 20 years of experience in leadership, fundraising, and community engagement, Carmin brings a relationship driven approach to connecting investors, stakeholders, and the communities MCIII serves.
Prior to joining MCIII, Carmin served as Executive Director of Mansfield Mission Center, leading collaborative initiatives alongside civic leaders, healthcare partners, churches, schools, businesses, and donors to create measurable community impact. She has also advised nonprofit organizations on donor engagement, fundraising strategy, stewardship systems, and organizational growth through her consulting work. Most recently, Carmin led the Philanthropy degree program at the University of Texas at Arlington, where she equipped future nonprofit and development professionals with expertise in fundraising, donor cultivation, and community partnership development.
Carmin holds a bachelor’s degree from Tyndale University, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University, and a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from University of Southern California. A longtime Mansfield resident, she remains passionate about building meaningful relationships and advancing thoughtful development that creates lasting economic and community impact.
